Whoever said fashionistas take themselves too seriously is dead wrong. Time and time again. major fashion designers prove they have a sense of humor that’s pretty incredible. Case in point? The Valentino Fall 2015 Fashion Show at Paris Fashion Week, where Derek Zoolander (Ben Stiller) and Hansel McDonald (Owen Wilson) closed Tuesday’s show.
The two popped out completely out of no where, donning Valentino designs, with Zoolander giving his best Blue Steel look. When they stepped out on the runway, fashionistas just could not contain their excitement. Leandra Medine of The Man Repeller Instagrammed the two, as did Sian Rodgers. The best photo of course is of Stiller and Wilson posing with the one and only Anna Wintour.
In case you don’t know, Zoolander was a 2001 comedy, which featured Ben Stiller as a dimwitted male model. For the fashion world, is was a pretty iconic movie as it portrayed models in a very stereotypical (and ridiculous) manner.
Beside for the fact that we got to see Stiller and Wilson together again, we also learned that after more than 10 years, there is going to be a sequel: Zoolander 2! Yes, we can barely contain our excitement, and snaps to Stiller and Valentino for their brilliant act!
