A new year means new changes, new resolutions, and for us at Haute Talk, new beauty products. We’re dying for the arrival of all these bad boys as January approaches! Whether it’s hair care, nail care, or makeup, there’s something for everyone on this list to swoon over and get excited about. Buzzfeed posted an article of 27 of their favorites, but we decided to narrow it down to our favorite essentials.

All G-Stef fans, rejoice! Stefani’s OPI collection comes out in January, and it includes a red shade that will remind you of her signature red pout, called “Over and Over a Gwen.” The other shades range from a hot pink shade called “Hey Baby” to darker hues like “I Sing In Color” (in order from left to right, above).

6. M.A.C.’s Maleficent Collection

In May 2014, we’re going to get a magical new collection from M.A.C. based on Disney’s Maleficent. We can only imagine the killer- and villain-inspired hues that are to come from this collection! In 2010, M.A.C. released a Venomous Villains collection that featured Maleficent as well, but we’re looking forward to seeing what a complete collection dedicated to the villain will look like.

7. NARS Matte Multiple

The Multiple shades are multipurpose makeup sticks that are meant to be used all over the face. For their Spring 2014 collection, they’re going to come in a matte finish. We’re trying very hard to contain ourselves.

8. Philosophy Miracle Worker Foundation

The Miracle Worker collection at Philosophy is beyond perfection. This collection is a revelation, and now they’re releasing foundations in seven shades. They’re available at ULTA.com now, and they will be released everywhere else in 2014.

For a mascara that does it all, check this one out for next year. It conditions lashes, curls, volumizes, and it’s made for 24-hour wear. We’re hoping this isn’t too good to be true!

10. Too Faced Chocolate Bar Eye Shadow Collection

When you open this palette, it smells like chocolate. As if this couldn’t get any sweeter, the shadows are pigmented with cocoa powder, which is full of antioxidants. There are sixteen matte and shimmer shades of browns, pinks, and plums, and it includes a Glamour Guide for those of us who are makeup-challenged or just need some inspiration on how to get started. Check it out here.
