Model to Watch: Oxana Zubko

We’re going to take a minute (or two) to step away from the Cara Delevingnes, Francisco Lachowskis, and the Gisele Bundchens. We’ve started a new segment called “Models to Watch,” where each week we will highlight those models trying to break into the next level of recognition and prominence.

This week’s model to watch is Oxana Zubko. This Ukranian newcomer to the modeling scene was signed with FORD Models in NYC last fall and is also represented by Supreme Management. While she has a recognizable face on Tumblr but is still working on getting major clients under her belt. This model is virtually unknown, we’re here to change that.

Oxana ZubkoStats:

Height: 5′ 9″

Bust: 32″

Waist: 23″

Hips: 34″

Shoes: 9

Hair: Blonde

Eyes: Green

One of the reason’s that we’re forecasting Oxana because we feel some very strong Yasmina Muratovich resemblances.

(Background: Muratovich is a 20 year-old that’s here to stay in the modeling game. Still young, but not new. She’s walked for Prada, Valentino, Chanel, Giambattista Valli, Alexander Wang, and Elie Saab to name a few.)

Muratovich has clearly solidified her place in the modeling world with that incredible resume. We at Haute Talk have been fans for quite some time – so when we found Oxana we couldn’t help but see the same potential in this talent.

Take a look at this new model’s work. We’re hoping to see more where these came from!

As you can see, Zubko sports a killer body in the first of these shots for FORD Models. She’s building up quite a portfolio while being represented by the agency, but we’re ready to see this girl cast in shows and print ASAP! We’re captivated in her look and we hope you are as well. She’s beautiful, effortless, with a touch of raw edge – what more could a designer or brand ask for?
