If you’ve been keeping up with us, we’ve recently begun exploring the next Models to Watch by geographic location, and this week, we’re taking you to Brazil. From the land of beautiful-people-o’-plenty, Brazil is no doubt a modeling powerhouse. The country is home to household names such as Gisele Bündchen, Adriana Lima, and Alessandra Ambrosio, but we’re here to bring you our favorites you may not have heard of yet…if we can manage to narrow it down!

Flavia De Oliveira

This Victoria’s Secret model isn’t a household name yet, but isn’t she adorable? We first spotted de Oliveira when she walked for Armani in 2006. Yeah, she’s definitely a seasoned vet of the runway. Appearing on catwalks since 2003, this Brazilian beauty has definitely left her mark on the fashion industry, and she’s still not done.

Jeisa Chiminazzo

Chiminazzo got her big break in 2008 when she was selected for Karl Lagerfeld’s 2008 Fall/Winter campaign. Since then she’s been on the rise working for other high-fashion clients as well as huge brand names such as Target and Nine West. We’ve loved watching her grow!

Francisco Lachowski

Alright, he’s totally a household name now…but we’ll take any chance we can get to tell the world how big of a crush we have on him. At only 17 years old, Lachowski was picked up by Ford Models and he’s continued to climb to the peak of male modeling. We think he’s there.

Daiane Conterato

Let’s start by saying this girl is one of Miuicca Prada’s favorite it girls. At only 23 years old, she’s on a steady incline in the industry. We love the work she did for Dior last year for their S/S 2013 collection. When Daiane is a household name, we told you so!
