This week’s model to watch appears further up on the “better known” spectrum compared to the models we’ve been covering lately. Victor Norlander has already captured the eyes of many impressive clients and agencies, but has yet to break through to the next level of recognition. Here at Haute Talk, we’re suckers for his sharp European looks… but also how playful this kid can be!

Norlander hails from Sweden and has been a dancer for much of his life. The 24-year-old broke onto the scene around 2008. In 2010, he decided to spend some time dancing and getting back to his roots. He’s newly back into the swing of modeling as of late 2012, and we’re as excited as anything to see his latest work.

Victor has built up quite a resume. In 2009 when he was fresh on the scene, Victor landed a role in Gianfranco Ferre’s fall campaign. He’s also appeared in multiple editorials for L’Officiel Hommes. (We think they like him as much as we do!) And as for line presentations, Victor has been shown in J Lindeberg S/S presentation in 2013 and Balmain’s S/S presentation in 2014.

It’s 2013 and Victor is back to work. We were thrilled when we saw he was cast for the Swedish brand Gant’s spring campaign. Makes sense to cast the Swedish native! These photos show Victor’s maturity and how he’s developed – a completely different side of him is made apparent in this photo set. His look leaves his past as a young, disheveled and meek boy and becomes solid, handsome and assured man. His age can bring him new jobs and rolls to fill in photo shoots and in presentations.

Also, you know we live for the cute factor as well. We found this fluff video of IDOL Magazine creating their September issue cover in 2012. We’re not exactly sure what he’s saying… but swoon.
