Kourtney Kardashian, the eldest of the Dash dolls, recently invited The Coveteur’s director of photography, Jake Rosenberg into her newly redesigned digs. Her vision came together beautifully with the help of designer, Jeff Andrews and Kourtney’s confessed guilty pleasure, Pinterest. It is clear that black and white are her signature colors from clothes to shoes to décor. And judging by her closet which is teeming with everything from vintage Chanel to Louboutins to a Minnie Mouse inspired Comme des Garçons hat (a gift from younger sister, Kim, for Christmas), it’s clear that Kourtney has developed a style that is all her own. That wasn’t always the case, however.
She told The Coveteur that she and Kim “always shared everything” growing up. Even when Kourtney and Khloe were roomies, big sis recalls swiping a handbag or two from their garage (which Khloe used as her personal closet) on the way out. According to Kourtney, “[Khloe] always had the best stuff.” We’re guessing it was too tempting not to “borrow” a thing or two from a closet that big. And who could really blame her? It’s not likely that anything she swiped would’ve been easily missed.
The mother of two confessed that these days she prefers to spend her dough on decorating her home more than she does on clothes and shoes. However, that doesn’t stop her from indulging Penelope and Mason. I mean, Penelope already owns two Balenciaga bags and she’s only one year old. Kourt hopes her daughter will be have a passion for fashion as she once did when she had her sights set on being a fashion designer back in high school. One look into her decisively stylish home we think perhaps she should consider and pursue a career in interior design.
Rumor has it that she and longtime partner, Scott Disick put their Calabasas home on the market and have made a move to purchase former NFL star, Keyshawn Johnson’s pad next door to The Beibs. We can’t wait to see what she does next with all that extra closet space.
