Kate Spade must have been reading our minds! The brand has just announced that it will be launching a bathing suit line — and it looks a-mazing.

According to Women’s Wear Daily, the company will be partnering with Swimwear Anywhere on manufacturing and designing. According to Deborah Lloyd, the CCO for the brand, Kate Spade will produce about 70 pieces for the Kate Spade Swimwear line. WWD revealed one photo of the collection, and it’s fabulous. This particular bathing suit is light pink and very retro with a high-waisted bottom and a big bow on the bandeau top. “It’s retro reimagined, classic with a twist, and pays homage to our heritage whether with a classic black and white stripe, a graphic dot or an artisanal print,” Lloyd said.

Lloyd also revealed that the brand is using this as an opportunity to bring back a certain fashion quality to the beach. “This is such a fun opportunity to bring glamour back to the beach,” she said. “I am constantly inspired by the glamour that women brought to the beach in the ’50s and ’60s.” Well, to say that we’re excited is an understatement. Seriously, from purses to dresses, Kate Spade pretty much hits the nail on the head every time, and it looks like her winning streak is just going to continue with this new line of bathing suits.

The collection will be debuted during Miami Fashion Week, and will be available in stores starting November of this year. The prices are pretty reasonble as well — pieces range from $120 to $200 — just think about how much you spend on one from Victoria’s Secret! Head over to Women’s Wear Daily for more information.
