Congrats and best wishes are in order for “Real Housewives Of Atlanta” stars Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker.
According to In Touch, Burruss and Tucker were married on April 4th at Le Fais Do-Do in Atlanta. We haven’t gotten the opportunity to pick up the issue and see all the photos from the lovely wedding, but what we were able to see was Burruss’ wedding gown. And well, it was a stunner — for the price, we wouldn’t expect anything less.
The singer walked down the aisle wearing a $20,000 custom Reco Chapple gown. It was mermaid-styled with sleeves, which were covered in beading (or diamonds, we’re not completely sure.) The showstopping dress had a 12-foot train that was covered in cream feathers. Burruss chose to wear a diamond tiara on top of her luscious brown locks. Tucker looked quite handsome in a white and black tuxedo. According to the magazine, the entire wedding party, which included RHOA cast mate Phaedra Parks, wore all white.
Burruss told the magazine that she organized the whole wedding in just a month — a month! “I didn’t know if I was going to be able to pull this all together,” she said. “I couldn’t wait around hoping things would get better. I just had to do it and hope for the best.”
Of course, Burruss is referring to the friction between her now husband and her mother. Mama Joyce has been very outspoken about her disdain for Tucker, but according to US Weekly, Mama Joyce gave a beautiful toast at her daughter’s wedding, wishing the two all the best.
