Haute Spotted: NYC Street Style
So we’re pretty sure we ran into some models off-duty this past weekend in Chelsea. We spotted these two friends strolling through the streets and couldn’t help but ask to take their photos. They both had great black basics that made their relaxed outfits look great.
We were total fans of the simple leather shorts. The perforated jersey-type lining on the bottoms is creative and a clever take on the classic mesh gym short.
The simple baseball tee matched with the black snapback hat keeps the look cohesive. The hat adds to the relaxed feel of this outfit.

Overall, our favorite piece of both ensembles has to be the chunky gladiator sandals. They are so great and make for a perfect summer shoe. Chunky soles have been huge this year and are still growing ever more popular – and the strappy sandal look makes them great for the season.
