There’s no secret that I am a huge fan of Glossier. The Phase 1 Set completely changed my life, and it is currently the only makeup/skincare regiment I use. After all, I’m all about that dewy skin, and nothing has helped me achieve that look better than Glossier.

So, you can imagine my complete and utter excitement when Emily Weiss and her incredible team announced the Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser. I was lucky enough to give the wash a try, and of course, was not disappointed.

The wash can be used two ways: to remove makeup and as a regular cleanser. Last night, I did both. With a dry face, I applied the Milky Jelly to my eyes, cheeks, lips, etc. and my mascara, blush and lipstick came off seamlessly. To note, I was not wearing waterproof makeup.

As I was rubbing the cleanser into my face, I couldn’t help but notice how wonderful it smells. TBH, it has that classic Glossier rosewater scent thanks to the fact that the team replaced 1/4 of the water with rosewater. Also, a little tip from Weiss, when you’re washing your face, try upward and outward motions.

After about a minute or so, I rinsed with cold water, and my face looked fresh to death. The most important thing I realized after I removed the cleanser, was that my face wasn’t stiff or dry, like it sometimes is with others.

Since it was night time, and I save my Glossier Phase 1 for morning, I finished with Clinique’s Moisture Surge moisturizer, and I was set for the night.

I give Glossier’s face wash all the stars in the sky, I really think you’re going to love it as your everyday cleanser as it’s not harsh and very soothing. But don’t just take my word for it, pick up your own for only $18 at Glossier! Or you can pick up your Phase 1 Set, which now includes the cleanser!

Will you give Glossier Milky Jelly Cleanser a try?
