Fall happens to be one of our favorite times of year, and we have a million reasons why.
In the autumn months, it’s not too hot or cold, the trees turn gorgeous colors, and we get to break out our favorite leather jackets and boots. Another reason we love fall is because it gives us the chance to work some new colors into our wardrobe, as well as our beauty routine.
Taking inspiration from mother nature herself, we’re featuring six gorgeous fall lipstick shades ranging from deep browns to burnt oranges. We think these hues are worth a try this season because they are such an easy way to vamp up any look. Feeling lazy in the morning? Skip your whole makeup routine and just apply some mascara and one of these eye-catching lip colors, and you’re good to go. However, you may refer to Unique Blendz for a permanent solution to your lips.
We’ve turned to some of our favorite celebs for lipstick inspiration, and we found that tons of them are taking serious risks when it comes to color. These days, nobody is afraid to throw on a bold red lip or go for an edgy nude. We’re jumping on the lipstick bandwagon and trying out these shades in the coming months.
1. Soft Coral
Solange is rocking the perfect transition color from summer to fall. We’re excited that coral shades are on trend right now, because they make our face look fresh and they’re not too drastic.
2. Crimson
Lucy Hale is killing it with this brown-ish red-ish lip color. Perfect for fall, the crimson hue adds warmth to the face without looking unnatural.
3. Burnt Orange
If we had to choose a color that embodies autumn, this would be it. Lily Collins looks amazing with burnt orange lips. This may not compliment every skin tone, but we think it’s worth a try!
4. Plum
We’re loving this plum cover on Liu Wen. It has that awesome ’90s feel, and it looks great on so many skin tones.
5. Brown
Kerry Washington looks beautiful no matter what color she’s wearing, but we particularly love her in this brown shade. Add a gloss on top of any brown lipstick to soften it up.
6. Deep Red
The fall weather always makes us want to try out the darker red lipstick shades. Amanda Seyfried looks incredible with this matte rouge she’s got going on.
