Hungarian model Eniko Mihalik is looking ambivalently elegant in this conceptual shoot for Vogue Turkey‘s December issue. Photography duo Sofia Sanchez and Mauro Mongiello teamed up with stylist fashion editor Joanne Blades, makeup artist Ozzy Salvatierra, and hair stylist Kenna of Art Department to put this whole look together, which takes place on a train.
Known for her big, almond-shaped eyes, Mihalik was first discovered at a shopping mall in Hungary when she was only 15 years old, and she went on to win fourth prize in the country’s Elite Model Look competition in 2002. She got her first big break internationally in 2006 when Karl Lagerfeld selected her to walk in Chanel’s haute couture show in Paris. Since then she’s been connected to Inez van Lamsweerde and Vinoodh Matadin, and has walked dozens of shows for top designers like Diane Von Furstenberg, Givenchy, Prada, and more.
Donning fall and winter looks from Givenchy, Gucci and Marc Jacobs, Mihalik is looking like a young Grace Coddington with her fair complexion and teased locks. The 5-foot-10 model stands statuesquely in flowing outfits of fur, chiffon, satin, and wool. Check out more from the conceptual shoot below.
