The most coveted cover in fashion is the one belonging to the September Vogue issue. The September Vogue is the epitome of Fall/Winter fashion. So it makes sense that this year’s cover girl would be someone who is just as fierce, powerful and smart as the September issue itself. Enter Beyonce.

Beyonce Knowles has landed the September Vogue cover! Not surprisingly, Beyonce looks stunning wearing a blush-colored Marc Jacobs gown. Her makeup is minimal while her hair is textured with a wet-style.

Vogue offered us a glimpse at what Bey’s interview article entails, and it’s has a lot to do with Beyonce’s world domination. Whether it’s music, fashion or charity, Beyonce is right in the thick of it, all while staying humble, and extremely likable. “The word diva is used for so many female performers, and it often means they have reputations for being difficult, but she exudes charm and a lovable quality,” Jacobs said.

Many of the images from the spread, feature stunning black and white photos, which Beyonce shared on her Instagram.

Vogue also released behind-the-scenes video of the 33-year-old trying on different looks and posing in them, just reiterating that she can transform herself into just about anything she wants. “Her appeal crosses art forms, genders, and generations,” designer Stella McCartney said.

This is Beyonce’s third Vogue cover, and it makes her the third black woman (not on fold-out pages) to ever grace the cover of the September issue. She follows Halle Berry (2010) and the legendary Naomi Campbell (1989).

The September Issue is available now on Amazon, and will hit newsstands on August 25th. For more information, head over to Vogue.
