Beyonce Knowles is releasing a new perfume “Beyonce Heat Wild Orchid,” so now we can all smell like Beyonce this summer. According to the Daily Mail, a press release described the fragrance as an “‘enticing, mouth-watering fragrance that emits a fierce, feminine energy” and combines scents like coconut water and pomegranate — delish! Glamour UK also adds that the perfume also has a touch of Butterfly Orchid, which is supposedly believed to have aphrodisiac qualities — sensual!
In the advertisement for “Heat Wild Orchid,” Bey is posing in a gorgeous dress as a silky purple background (which resembles an orchid) surrounds her. Her hair is pulled back in a bun and her makeup is minimal. This is Beyonce’s seventh fragrance and the fourth in her “Heat” collection. The original scent was released back in 2010, and as of 2013 was the number one best-selling celebrity perfume ever — yes, ever. It reportedly has brought in more than $400 million in sales, you go, Bey.
“Heat Wild Orchid” will be released in August and will retail for about $43, which isn’t bad at all for the wonderful fact that we can smell like the Queen. We’re not sure how Beyonce finds time to do all of this. She’ll be starting the “On the Run” tour with her husband Jay Z on June 25th, plus she’s got her daughter, Blue Ivy, an acting career, her clothing line (with her mom) House of Deréon, and a ton of endorsements.
We guess this is why she’s the fiercest lady out there.
