Stella McCartney’s celeb crew definitely had her back last night. Her Resort 2014 collection presentation was held yesterday evening in New York City. Madonna, Steven Tyler, Cameron Diaz, Amy Poehler, and Naomi Watts were in attendance to name a few. Even Anna Wintour made an appearance at last night’s rainy event.

Alright alright so even though she has a bazillian A-list friends, let’s get down to business. She also debuted 35 new looks. Her inspiration for the collection derived from “looking at the type of women who would have a snake tattoo,” and injecting that essence into the line. We’re going to narrow it down to the 5 best (in descending order). Let’s go.

Stella McCartney Spring 2014

For this dress, the snake-tattooed-woman motif was obvious, but it was the the subtlety of the print we enjoyed the most. Any other color would have been way too much (good call Stella).

The clasp at the top of this jacket adds the right amount of openness (and a peek of skin) to this look. (Would love to see it in the same color as the blazer in look #1 too)

It’s no secret that everyone’s currently in love with bomber jackets, but this snake skin one is is undeniable. We would love to see it against some darker underpinnings, but it wouldn’t be spring without florals right?

All of this. The over-sized peacoat is great, but our favorite are those pants. Awesome color and a really fun fit for the season. We want to see them paired with the snake lined blazer (look #1)!

This snake-lined blazer excited us the most out of the collection. We’d love to see it paired with the same heels, but with a black leather pants and top. This way you could easily take the look into the night.
