Gisele Bundchen had a big day on Sunday.
The supermodel had the honor of presenting the 2014 FIFA World Cup trophy during the World Cup Final. Bundchen wore a turquoise mini-dress by Louis Vuitton with shoes to match. It made sense that she chose this designer considering the World Cup Trophy was being housed in a Louis Vuitton case. The dress is from the designer’s 2015 resort collection and was the perfect attire for the big day. According to RumorFix, Bundchen is an international ambassador for Louis Vuitton, while her presenter partner, Spanish soccer player Carlos Puyol, was a part of the winning team in 2010. The two posed beautifully with the coveted cup in Rio de Janeiro before the final match between Germany and Argentina.
Bundchen was beyond proud of the moment that will indeed go down in history. “It’s a great honor to represent my country and the people of Brazil in tomorrow’s celebration. It’s beautiful to see how sport has the power to bring the world together. I’m so grateful to be part of this moment. Thank you all Brazilians who have welcomed the world with all their joy and loving spirit,” she wrote on Instagram.
After she presented the award, she and husband Tom Brady enjoyed the game.
But she wasn’t the only supermodel watching all the action. Fellow Victoria’s Secret model Adriana Lima was also in attendance, looking much more casual and laid-back than Gisele, but then again, all eyes weren’t on her yesterday! Scroll through the photos below to see Gisele.
